5 Electronic Artists You Can’t Miss at the 2025 Lollapalooza Festival

Lollapalooza returns to Chicago’s lakeside Grant Park from July 31 to August 3 with a sprawling lineup that blends chart-topping headliners and dancefloor standouts. With Dom Dolla, Martin Garrix, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Knock2, and Two Friends closing out each night, the festival still runs deep with dance acts worth showing up early for.

Whether you’re stomping through the fields of Perry’s or catching a late-afternoon set at The Grove or T-Mobile Stage, these five artists are set to deliver some of the weekend’s most memorable performances.

Sammy Virji

UK garage standout Sammy Virji is having a global moment, and Perry’s is the perfect setting to catch the wave. His forward-facing sets are fast and full of both bounce and UKG grit. If you’re looking to dance before the sun dips behind the skyline, plant yourself in Virji's crowd.

Chase & Status

Few acts can drum up festival chaos like UK drum & bass duo Chase & Status. Legends of their genre, they’ve been leveling stages for nearly two decades and always manage to throw in a few surprises along the way. With a new wave of stateside fans discovering drum & bass, their return to Lollapalooza could not be better timed.

Known for live performances that layer keys, drums, guitar and house rhythms with a soulful punch, his performances land with emotional weight and range, perfect for anyone craving something deeper than the standard club set.

Mary Droppinz

An emerging dubstep crowd favorite, Mary Droppinz is carving out her own lane with high-voltage sets that weave multiple subgenres into one sonic thread. Her infectious energy behind the decks is unmatched, and with two sets lined up for Friday, you’ve got double the chance to catch her in action.
