Post Malone aiming to have another LP drop in 2020
Hollywood’s Bleeding won’t come with a deserved hiatus for Post Malone—he’s keeping his foot on the gas in 2020. According to the Grammy-nominated pop crooner, he intend to release another LP sometime this year. In the immediate future, Malone has plans to resume the second leg of his North American tour in support of his chart-topping 2019 LP, but disclosed to Rolling Stone that he, “hope[s] to have a record out for the fans in 2020” once the tour stretch concludes.
In 2019, Nielsen Music/MRC Data showed that Hollywood’s Bleeding was the highest-selling album in the United States music market. In Nielsen Music/MRC Data’s combined analysis of streams and sales, Hollywood’s Bleeding moved 3.001 million album equivalent units. The LP also spent five weeks atop Billboard’s weekly top 200. Malone’s third studio album featured cameos from a number of celebrated artists, including DaBaby, Meek Mill, Ozzy Osbourne, and Travis Scott, among others.
