Eric Prydz to bring HOLOSPHERE to Tomorrowland, Creamfields in 2021
Although the heartbreaking series of 2020 festival cancellations has continued, with Tomorrowland and Coachella most recently throwing in the towel, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Artists and festivals alike are beginning to confirm dates for 2021, when stage production and the vibes induced by live music are certain to be an all-time high, and Eric Prydz is among those plotting their 2021 moves. On June 16, the progressive house legend took to Twitter to announce that his anxiously-awaited HOLOSPHERE concept will return in 2021.
Eric Prydz has historically raised the bar for stage production with his previous hologram experiences, EPIC and HOLO. When Prydz first announced HOLOSPHERE in 2019, fans didn’t know what to expect—how could the formidable producer further improve his hologram mastery? A teaser video for HOLOSPHERE that shows Prydz situated in a giant LED sphere backed by a massive LED wall offers clarity on what is to come in 2021. Unsurprisingly, the audiovisual experience of HOLOSPHERE is sure to be unmatched.
