AC Slater shares 'Stand Up' via Tiësto's Musical Freedom
By now, AC Slater has become synonymous with Night Bass. Since its launch in 2014, Night Bass has blossomed into one of the most prominent taste-making imprints in bass house and it’s not often that Slater can be separated from his label. However, on his latest single, the Night Bassist elects to work with Tiësto‘s Musical Freedom.
Despite working with a new label, “Stand Up” sees AC Slater stick to what he does best: wonky bass house sound that sends vibrations through dancers’ sneakers. “Stand Up’s” drop, ushered in by commands from a hype-inducing vocal loop, features a high-tempo bass line that merges elements of modern bass house and garage. “Stand Up” is a rave-ready track that’s practically begging for night clubs to reopen so it can enjoy the live play that it deserves.
