Awakenings has been organizing techno events for more than 22 years. With the Awakenings festival and other events, they manage to have over 190,000 visitors a year. This year, Awakenings announce 9 events for ADE 2022.
Every year, a week full of dance music in Amsterdam, known as the Amsterdam Dance Event, takes place. It is a great opportunity for labels, DJs, and promoters to organize their small parties with a great atmosphere. Being one of the top organizers of techno events, Awakenings wasn’t missing from the programme.
The first event takes place on 19th October. The lineup for this event is Cera Khin, Héctor Oaks, Nina Kraviz, Paula Temple, U.R. Trax and Vladimir Dubyshkin.
After this event, there are techno events hosted by titans Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin, Joris Voorn, Joseph Capriati, Amelie Lens, Charlotte de Witte and Carl Cox. The lineup of these events includes Anna, Lily Palmer, Chris Liebing, Reinier Zonneveld and many more.
All of these events take place in two venues, the first being an industrial open space known as Gashouder. This venue is well-known among fans of techno, since it is not the first time Awakenings organize an event there. Fans can find the likes of Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin, Joris Voorn & more hosting their own events there. Next, the iconic Ziggo Dome will house the likes of Charlotte de Witte, Carl Cox and another event that is still to be announced.
If you are planning to attend these events, make sure to grab your ticket fast here, because they may be sold out soon (Amelie Lens event is sold out already 1 day after the start of the ticketsale).
