Edd Summons the Spirit of Balearic Nights In Radiant EP, “Want You So Bad”

Producing radiant house music with an escapist twist, Edd has dropped a new EP, Want You So Bad.

Out now via Kungs' Club Azur imprint, this compact but impactful release showcases the Maltese producer's talent for crafting atmospheric house music perfect for warm summer evenings. Edd summons the spirit of Balearic nights with a pair of house tracks, twin flames that lure us into a moonlit beach party.

In the EP's chugging titular track, Edd bottles the essence of desire, distills it through vocals drenched in longing and pours it into undulating house grooves. The song's swing then gushes into "I WANNA KNOW YOU," a collaboration with Poppi where her smoldering vocals slink atop sultry horns.

Want You So Bad arrives in the midst of a furious rise for Edd, who was named one of BBC Radio 1's Top 10 Future Stars in 2022. He's since performed at Ushuaïa, Pacha and Hï, three of Ibiza's most iconic clubbing destinations, as well as London's legendary Ministry of Sound. His music has received support by Joseph Capriati, Marco Carola, SG Lewis, Jamie Jones, Pete Tong, Patrick Topping and Carlita, among many others, and features in EA Sports' record-breaking FIFA 23 game.
