Breathing new life into his 2019 anthem “Born In 84,” Eran Hersh has just returned to unveil a colossal remix package for the single.
The Miami-based producer is still red-hot following his massive collaboration “Sorry” with BLOND:ISH and Darmon, which sampled vocals from pop icon Madonna’s homonymous 2005 single. The dancefloor-ready single marked the producer’s most commercially successful endeavor to date, adding fuel to the fire of his burgeoning music career by climbing to the top of the charts in 22 countries and landing at #1 on Beatport’s chart less than three days after its release.
Born In 84 Remixes features a mesmerizing rework by Eran Hersh himself, backed by an intricate, techno-tinged remix from fellow Miami-based talent Alexander Orue, as well as a Reworked Radio Edit version of the original single.
Taking inspiration from the retro-inspired synth lines and playful energy of “Born In 84,” which was released via Global305, both Eran Hersh and Alexander Orue manage to captivate and inspire with each of their fresh takes. Eran Hersh’s remix sees him dive headfirst into the blossoming afrohouse genre, infusing the original with an organic and ethereal sonic aesthetic. Alexander Orue’s take on “Born In 84,” on the other hand, is equally equipped to light up dancefloors worldwide with its deep basslines and progressive dance energy.
