Groove Cruise Announces “Largest Music Cruise in History” for 37th Sailing in 2025

Adventuring from Miami to the idyllic coast of Labadee, Haiti, Groove Cruise is poised to celebrate its 21st year on the open sea in 2025.

Spanning four full days, Whet Travel’s flagship floating festival will treat attendees to 96 hours of nonstop music and artist-curated programming from Thursday, January 23rd to Monday, January 27th, 2025. The fest will be hosted on Royal Caribbean’s award-winning Allure of the Seas, a member of the largest cruise ship class in the world with a length of 1,187 feet, 18 total decks and a capacity of 6,780 passengers.

Groove Cruise 2025 will feature the festival's signature programming, which will include 11 stages with world-class production, globally renowned DJs, daily themes with dedicated parties, artist-hosted activities, beachside destination parties, the Whet Foundation volunteer experience, mental health panels and more.

When not raging to music, attendees will also be able to explore a wide range of luxury accommodations and activities including a full service spa and fitness rooms, aqua parks with thrilling water slides and a FlowRider surf simulator, a central park area with real trees and an open-air ambience, zip-lining 10 decks above the ship’s boardwalk, an ice skating rink and more.

In addition to its glamorous sailing party, Groove Cruise will also continue its partnership with its non-profit 501c3 organization, The Whet Foundation, to give back to communities among its sailing. Started by Whet Travel's founder Jason Beukema, the organization seeks to impact the communities visited by Whet Travel cruises, inviting cruise attendees to donate and volunteer at their events. The foundation gives back to local communities supplying clothing, food, school donations, beach and community cleanups, painting and art programs, and providing facility repair and improvement costs.

The 2025 announcement comes ahead of the event’s sold-out 20th anniversary sail from Miami to Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas in January 2024. Aboard the award-winning Norwegian Encore, Groove Cruise Miami 2024 will feature more than 90 artists from around the world, including headliners Diplo, Tiësto and John Summit.
