In an interview on ‘The Julia Show’, Kygo stated that there is a new album in the works.
The new mystery album will be the first full-length album since his 2020 release ‘Golden Hour’. The 18-track release was packed with dance floor anthems such as ‘Freedom’ featuring Zak Abel, ‘Higher Love’, ‘Lose Somebody’, and ‘Like It Is’. Despite these songs still being played widely to date, this past year alone he’s released three explosive singles including ‘Freeze’ and ‘Never Really Loved Me’, and ‘Lost Without You’ featuring Dean Lewis.
During the interview, Kygo let the world know that he wasn’t holding back from showcasing some of the music he’s been working on. “I’m working on a lot of music,” Kygo said. “I was just in L.A. this whole week in the studio. Hopefully, I will have an album ready soon.”
Recently, Kygo headlined at Lollapalooza in Chicago, Illinois at Grant Park and made it a night worthwhile. He brought out Chance The Rapper for ‘No Problem’ and a few other favorite Chance The Rapper tracks. In a fun addition, Kygo also brought out Benny The Bull, the mascot for the NBA’s Chicago Bulls.

While we don’t have any additional information about this new Kygo album, we can’t wait to see what he pulls out next!
