Maceo Plex’s “’93” Album Celebrates Three Decades of Musical Mastery
Maceo Plex has unveiled a brand new album, '93, a celebration of his prolific career.
Plex skillfully weaves genres in the diverse album, producing house, techno, garage, breaks and even hip-hop. The result is a dynamic and versatile project that mirrors a coming-of-age, paying homage to the three decades of dance music that led him to this moment.
While '93 is a departure from Plex's sound, it remains true to is his commitment to explore new musical territories. Released on Lone Romantic, the 15-track album boasts a number of compelling collaborations, like "Get Out Of Here," which features famed Jane's Addiction frontman and Lollapalooza founder Perry Farrell.
