Skrillex and Hamdi Premiere Unreleased Track “Push” on Jyoty’s Radio Show: Listen

Is it already Skrillex season again?

On a recent Rinse FM broadcast hosted by Jyoty Singh, the unreleased track "Push" by Skrillex, Hamdi and TAICHU had its world premiere. In addition to the first official look at the new track, Singh confirmed that the new song will be included on one of Skrillex’s upcoming albums. Calling it "just a teaser of what the album is like," she gushed about how incredible the unreleased album is.

Just like "Badders," his recent collaboration with PEEKABOO, G-REX and Flowdan, the latest from Skrillex is minimal but precise and heavy-hitting. As the lyrics drive the track forward, we're jolted with a wobbly, grimy bassline, which has become a signature of Hamdi, one of bass music's most sensational upstarts.

This is not the first time fans have raged to “Push” as it’s been played at HARD Summer, Movement Festival and Skrillex's historic five-hour Red Rocks takeover, among many other sets. As noted by Singh, the version featured in the world premiere is different than what's been circulating on the live circuit.

At the time of writing, it's not yet been revealed when “Push” will release. You can listen to the premiere at the 1:42:30 mark below.
