Yanoy Drops Haunting House Track, “Take Control”

Yanoy is back with "Take Control," a stunning house track out now via One Desire.

In the cavernous depths of his latest offering, the rising Chicago DJ and producer plunges headfirst into the abyss of human despair. With its spellbinding production and vulnerable lyrics, the haunting, techno-inspired release resonates like a primal scream.

"Bad days, black thoughts, I can't be focused," the vocals plead, threading a harrowing mantra that encapsulates the suffocating weight of mental anguish. But amidst the bleakness, Yanoy imbues a flicker of hope: "Tell me where to find light in the tunnel."

With "Take Control," he has crafted a visceral house record that confronts the demons within, challenging listeners to confront their own shadows while offering a cathartic release for the dancefloor.

"It's a journey through the tunnel, guided by the hypnotic rhythm and the connection we share on the dancefloor," Yanoy says. "This song is a testament to resilience and the power of music to heal and uplift."

Yanoy has been officially releasing music since 2020, but last year's "Knee Deep" catapulted him into the public eye. He garnered further acclaim when his single "You Make Me Feel That" received radio support by Martin Garrix.
