AMF is set to return to the iconic Johan Cruijff ArenA in 2026, solidifying its status as the premier event of the Amsterdam Dance Event. This year, the festival promises an unparalleled experience for 40,000 attendees, featuring a stellar lineup that spans the breadth of the electronic music spectrum.

The festival has officially announced a powerhouse roster including Afrojack, Amelie Lens, Armin van Buuren, ARTBAT, D-Block & S-te-Fan, David Guetta, Korolova, and Marlon Hoffstadt. Global icon David Guetta will headline the event with his highly anticipated 'Monolith' concept, an audiovisual spectacle designed to push the boundaries of live performance.

A Diverse Musical Journey

The 2026 edition of AMF reflects the evolving landscape of dance music, seamlessly blending melodic techno, big room, and underground sounds. The return of trance legend Armin van Buuren, following his successful collaborations in previous years, highlights the festival's commitment to honoring its roots while embracing modern innovation. Similarly, the inclusion of Marlon Hoffstadt and ARTBAT signals a shift toward more unconventional and underground textures, providing a balanced experience for a diverse crowd.

Marlon Hoffstadt expressed his excitement about returning to the stage: "When I first played AMF two years ago, it was also my very first time performing in front of such a huge crowd, which made it an unforgettable moment for me. Amsterdam has always felt like coming home, so I’m really looking forward to being back and experiencing it all over again.

Celebrating 30 Years of ADE

This year’s event is particularly significant as it coincides with the 30th anniversary of the Amsterdam Dance Event. To mark the milestone, organizers have teased unique, yet-to-be-revealed show elements, including an exclusive early-access opening performance by a surprise artist. The event will also feature live broadcasts from partners Radio 538 and Fun Radio, with Armin van Buuren hosting his 'Dance Department' show directly from the arena.
