AWAY Announces First U.S. Tour
The EDM.com Class of 2021 star is embarking on the tour in May 2023 in support of Crywolf.
Electronic music virtuoso AWAY is heading out on his first U.S. tour.
In the wake of last year's spine-tingling self:antiself EP, the EDM.com Class of 2021 star is preparing to take his shape-shifting sound to venues around the country—and offer an otherworldly experience. He'll be supporting Crywolf, whose headlining tour kicks off in May.
Dubbed "Into Oblivion," the tour has stops in Denver, Atlanta and Los Angeles, among other major cities.
After the release of AWAY's groundbreaking track "Sleepwalker" in 2017, the Los Angeles-based producer emerged as one of the scene's most forward-thinking producers. His released are few and far between, showcasing quality over quantity—he knows just what his fans want and how to deliver it.
Before the release of self:antiself, AWAY teased "Ritual," the project's first single. Fans were ultimately treated with his signature distortion, eerie percussive elements and Echos' soothing vocals.
In 2018, AWAY produced a huge remix of Tory Lanez, RL Grime and Jeremih's "Undo," which saw his unique sound expandeven further. The remix was part of Grime's NOVA (The Remixes, Vol. 1) EP, which also featured reworks from MYRNE, Hex Cougar and 1788-L, among others.
Tickets to "Into Oblivion" are available now. You can grab them here.
