Camden Cox Merges Club Energy With Emotional Gravity In New Single, “Shivers”
Camden Cox, whose ability to pen dance music at the intersection of ecstasy and melancholy is matched by few, is back with a new single, "Shivers."
Produced alongside prolific dance music duo Punctual, "Shivers" is a fiery house track that explores the cyclical nature of love and forgiveness. Beneath its energetic surface lies a hauntingly beautiful undercurrent, reminiscent of those pivotal moments when a single grin can shatter tension and rewrite history.
"'Shivers' is about a moment of realization I had when I decided to give something another chance," Cox said in a press release. "It's that wave of forgiveness you feel when one of you cracks a smile and all of the problems disappear. You're falling in love with the same person a thousand times over."
The EDM.com Class of 2024 star is currently experiencing a bona fide breakout in the midst of a year that has seen her perform at EDC Las Vegas and tour with the legendary electronic music trio Nero. She recently won big at the 2024 ASCAP London Awards, nabbing the Hot Dance/Electronic Song prize for co-writing John Summit and Hayla's global dance anthem, "Where You Are."
