Tiësto, Steve Aoki among performers leading star-studded F1 opening ceremony

Gearing up for the adrenaline rush of the inaugural Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix, the Entertainment Capital of the World is hosting an opening ceremony with a lineup that's as attention-grabbing as the race itself. On November 15th beginning at 7:30pm, numerous top-tier musical acts, including Steve Aoki and Tiësto, will take to the stage throughout the evening with the iconic Las Vegas strip as their backdrop. 

The event promises a full-throttle start to race weekend, with the presence of all 20 F1 drivers plus performances by the likes of John Legend, Bishop Briggs and J Balvin. An anticipated crowd of 30,000 at the Wynn Grid Club, Paddock Club and Heineken Silver Main Grandstands will witness a jaw-dropping performance and production spectacle that marries the grandeur of Vegas with F1's global zeal​​.

Major Lazer, Mark Ronson and A-Trak rev up F1 Vegas nights at T-Mobile Zone at Sphere

In the heat of race weekend, the stars are also aligning at the T-Mobile Zone at the mind-blowing Sphere. The scene will be set with a three-night slate of high-profile performances from J Balvin, Major Lazer, Mark Ronson and more.

Ronson kickstarts the action on Thursday before A-Trak and Major Lazer helm Friday's festivities, which begin at 6pm local time. Staples of the Las Vegas performance scene including Blue Man Group and Cirque du Soleil will also be making special appearances.
