Subtronics and Seven Lions craft a haunting dubstep odyssey in their new single, "I'll Wait For You," a must-listen collaboration with Skylar Grey.

Subtronics debuted the track's instrumental in Las Vegas back on January 13th, 2023, the first date of his "ANTIFRACTAL" tour. Prior to today's release on Seven Lions' Ophelia Records, it quickly became one of the most coveted songs in both artists' arsenals of unreleased music.

Part lullaby, part personal apocalypse, "I'll Wait For You" finds Grey weaving a patchwork of human fragility. A powerful exploration of identity and absence, the renowned singer-songwriter's lyricism paints a vivid picture of someone adrift, navigating the raging waters of a mind drowning in disillusionment.

But beneath the layers of alienation and confusion, a stubborn flame of hope flickers. The refrain "I'll wait for you to come back" echoes through the track before Subtronics and Seven Lions go haywire with its buccaneering dubstep drop. Here, they beautifully mirror the agitation of Grey's vocals through anthemic, quaking production that should shake teeth fillings loose at festivals for years to come.
