Mau P Hits the Gas With Hotly Anticipated Single, “TESLA”

Mau P has released “TESLA,” the house music star’s most anticipated single since the breakout success of 2022’s “Drugs From Amsterdam,” proving his creative battery is fully charged to continue powering his meteoric rise.

Out now via via Insomniac Records, “TESLA” pulses with Mau P’s signature basslines and reaffirms he’s building a supercharged arsenal of dancefloor weapons. True to form, the track effortlessly bridges underground energy with festival-scale appeal, evidenced by its debut in his Coachella 2025 set.

The Dutch producer’s tongue-in-cheek hook (“I just popped the Tesla, ain’t no need to charge”) rides atop tight percussion, merging simplicity and swagger to deliver a house anthem anthem. It plays on dual meanings—electric cars and chemical highs—capturing the charged atmosphere of the clubs he’s been regularly headlining.

This release arrives amid a streak that has taken Mau P from underground favorite to global fixture, with the aforementioned Coachella primetime set solidifying his rise before high-profile performances at Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas and Lollapalooza, among others. His summer tour heads to Ibiza, New York, San Francisco, Paris and more before ending with a headline at Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Each stop delivers his signature “Baddest Behaviour” concept.
