Medasin teases 'RIPPLS' with lead single featuring Cautious Clay

In 2018, Medasin‘s debut LP Irene made waves across the music industry. Now, here come the ripples.

RIPPLS, Medasin’s sophomore release, made Dancing Astronaut‘s list of most anticipated albums of 2020, and listeners’ first glimpse of the album has arrived.

In 2019, Cautious Clay promoted his EP with his Medasin-produced single “HONEST ENOUGH.” In 2020, Medasin is promoting his LP with his Cautious Clay-featuring track, “Get By.” RIPPLS’ lead single features Clay floating over the Texas producer’s melodies, delivering his R&B-inspired vocals with a rapper’s swagger.

RIPPLS is due out in full on Friday, March 6. Other featured artists on the forthcoming record include up-and-coming rapper DUCKWRTH and Naomi Wild (the voice behind ODESZA’S hit “Higher Ground”). Before its release, study up on why Medasin’s debut LP helped land him the title of Dancing Astronaut‘s breakout artist of 2018.
