Watch Hardwell Debut Massive Remix of Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding’s “Miracle” at Ultra 2023
During his headlining performance in Miami over the weekend, the Dutch superstar pulled the curtain back on an unreleased remix of Harris and Goulding's latest dance hit.
Fans in Miami last weekend were treated to a special crossover between two of dance music's biggest stars.
On Saturday night, Hardwell once again took over Ultra Music Festival's Mainstage for a hotly anticipated headlining performance. In his hourlong set, he took fans on a journey through the various phases of his constantly evolving sound via classics like "Spaceman" and new tracks like "Sloopkogel." Tipping his cap to the dance music contemporaries who supported him during his ascent to stardom, he also threw in timeless records like David Guetta's "Titanium" and Avicii's "The Nights."
While most of that is expected behavior from the Dutch superstar, fans were caught off guard when he sprinkled in an unreleased remix of Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding's latest hit, "Miracle" before quickly uploading a clip to his YouTube channel today.
Taking on an unexpected genre, the new rework channels anthemic, old-school trance music that pays homage to the headliners that took the stage before him. Wielding Goulding's powerful vocals, Hardwell electrified the crowd with soaring trance leads and a high-speed beat for what would ultimately serve as one of the weekend's most memorable moments.
