Summit scattered breadcrumbs of "Where You Are" in DJ sets throughout 2022, leaving on edge fans who ultimately dubbed it the "song of the summer" before they’d heard more than a 10-second snippet. The track is a quick build—the first few piano chords disappear into aching synths, Hayla's voice bolstered by a beat reminiscent of old deadmau5, with whom she collaborated on Kx5's stunning debut, "Escape."
