‘Electricity‘ from DubVision, Otto Knows & Alex Aris has been a long-anticipated ID from STMPD RCRDS, played in Martin Garrix‘s set for the past few months and now it is finally out.
This song was made during lockdown and DubVision did not plan to release it at first, but after Otto Knows joined them, they could finish it and release it after months of teasing by the one and only Martin Garrix during his sets. Aside from this release, Otto Knows and Alex Aris have worked on multiple tracks together, this one being the next in an extensive list.
The track itself has DubVision & Otto Knows’ signature sound mixed expertly together with Alex’s vocals that fit the track just right. DubVision brought the vibe of previous release ‘Take My Mind‘ into the song, especially found within the wonderful house drop which highlights how well produced the song is. Like its predecessor, ‘Electricity’ has melodic synths, emotional breaks and very energetic drop.
This year has been very successful for DubVision. With two Martin Garrix collaborations, a collaboration with Afrojack and many songs released by themselves, we can’t wait for another release of this brother duo, and see what comes from the rest of 2022. In the meantime, you can listen to the track below.
