Beats and Brain Freeze: Music Festival Offers Free Unlimited Ice Cream

Ben & Jerry's is bringing back its Sundaes In The City Festival with a headlining performance from legendary disco outfit Sister Sledge.

Music festivals and free desserts? A cream come true.

Ben & Jerry's has announced the return of its branded music festival, Sundaes In The City, which is scheduled to take over the Bristol Amphitheatre on August 5th.

In partnership with U.K. event organizer Good Life, the famed frozen treat brand will once again dish out free ice cream all day at the fest. Tickets cost only £10 and each pass comes with unlimited desserts, including new sundae flavors "Dulce De-lish" and "Choco-lotta Cheesecake."

Legendary disco outfit Sister Sledge, the group behind 1979's iconic "We Are Family," will headline along with neo-soul artist Pip Millett. Rounding out this year's Sundaes In The City Festival lineup are Children of Zeus, Da Fuchaman, Felix Joy, O’Flynn and The Mouse Outfit.

"This year's Sundaes festival will bring even more fun, with more music, more entertainment, more tickets up for grabs, and even more Sundaes flavours to enjoy," Good Life writes.

All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit local charities supporting refugees and people seeking asylum, the Bristol Post reports. Last year's festival raised over £17,000 for The Refugee Buddy Project.
