Carola Fires Up the Dancefloor With New Monstercat Release for “Rocket League”

As Carola continues to fire up the festival circuit, she's returning with a dual-track effort that's sure to fuel the tank.

The Brazilian artist, who was named one of EDM.com's best music producers of 2022, has returned to Monstercat with "Groovemasta" and "Beat It Up," a one-two punch that's simultaneously landing on the current season of the Rocket League soundtrack.

Hailing from Brazil, Carola has made slow-burning, Latin-influenced house music a global festival affair, and her latest release highlights a continuation of the trend. On the opening "Groovemasta," the rhythms take center stage with prolonged builds and chunky low-end basslines. Meanwhile, by contrast "Beat It Up" brings a cavalier attitude, tongue-in-cheek hooks and an even more alluring groove that's sure to keep fans on their toes once things get cooking.

Carola's latest follows up on a similar two-track effort she released on Monstercat in June. Since then the momentum has only continued to build exponentially for Carola, who is flying high after two particularly visible appearances at Tomorrowland and Chicago's iconic Lollapalooza.
