Listen to Hardwell and Azteck’s Extraterrestrial Earworm, “Anybody Out There”

Hardwell and Azteck's new collaboration will have you dancing like you're in zero gravity.

Out now via Hardwell's Revealed Recordings, the UFO-themed track, "Anybody Out There," features British singer-songwriter Alex Hepburn. She shines with a celestial vocal performance as Hardwell dials up the tempo to a galloping 145 BPM, ultimately delivering an extraterrestrial earworm to invade festivals this summer.

When Hardwell torpedoed his four-year hiatus in 2022, he returned with an unfamiliar direction. He introduced his REBELS NEVER DIE era by eschewing his euphoric big room bops of yesteryear, dumping them like sour milk in favor of a more cerebral and twisted sound.

But despite his detour into the dark, Hardwell knew he'd eventually alchemize his new techno-influenced sound into the sort of singalong anthems that have soundtracked our favorite festival memories since 2012, he told EDM.com last summer. He's now delivering on that promise with the turbocharged "Anybody Out There."

"This track is special to me because I'd been longing to repurpose my new style into a vocal-driven anthem that blended other elements of my sound to create a sort of hybrid track," Hardwell said. "It needed the right emotion in the track, the right chords and the perfect balance in arrangement to fit the current sound."
