ZHU Reveals New Album, Says It Will Be Recorded In a Cathedral
ZHU has announced that he's finishing up a brand new album.
In a cryptic post shared on ZHU's Instagram, the Grammy-nominated "Faded" artist said he couldn't decide if he wanted to share details about his forthcoming album. One of the pictures in the carousel reads in bold red letters: "Is it risky enough?" followed by a performance announcement for next week.
ZHU added that he's finishing up the album in a cathedral and recording it live. Then he's going to play the entire record at San Francisco's Grace Cathedral "when the clock hits zero."

In March, ZHU released the second installment of his "Musical Chairs" mixtape series. The tape spans a magical 23 minutes and is chock full of soul-replenishing music. Last month, he dropped a hypnotic, unreleased tune at Zamna Festival in the jungle of Tulum. The track slides perfectly into his discography with its sultry blend of house and R&B flavors.
ZHU also confirmed he will be releasing a new single, "Revelations," a collaboration with BabyJake and Devault. Whether or not it's the same song from Zamna remains to be seen, but fans won't have to wait long. The track is scheduled to release this Friday, May 19th.
